The purpose of the Congregational Church of Mercer Island is to worship God, to preach, teach and bear witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to celebrate the Sacraments, to render loving service to humanity, to appreciate and respect all of God’s creatures and creations, and to strive for righteousness, justice and peace.

Mission Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you -- Matthew 28: 19-20a

Mercer Island Covenant Church is an evangelical church ministering to people in the entire Seattle area. We are a mid-sized church with a relaxed, family atmosphere. Following Jesus' command, we are a house of prayer as well as reaching out to serve our community.

Mercer Island United Methodist Church (MIUMC) is a joyful, warm and engaging congregation located on the northeast side of Mercer Island near Seattle, WA. Formed in 1962, our congregation is full of women, men and youth who are enthusiastically growing in relationship to Jesus Christ and to each other in ways that propel us into ministries that reveal God’s love to people on Mercer Island and well beyond.
